You do, and it's free with every bottle. The formula needs to get into the skin, not sit on it. Fingers skim the surface; the silicone bristles work the lather into the folds of the skin and around the hair, lifting the build-up that a quick rub misses. It's non-porous, so unlike a loofah or flannel it doesn't hold onto bacteria itself — rinse it, hang it, done. It's the difference between applying a product and using it.

Once a day is ideal - morning shower or post-gym, whichever fits. Twice on heavy training days if you want it. At 2–3 pumps per use, a 300 ml bottle lasts roughly 6 weeks with daily use.
