Growing up in the UK, I realised how little conversation or education existed around something that quietly affects so many men: tight foreskin. I was one of them.

When I first faced the issue, I didn’t know where to turn. Even asking close friends led to confusion:

Fast forward a decade - I eventually found my own solution. But the bigger realisation hit me: this wasn’t just my struggle. Thousands of men were living with the same problem, silently, embarrassed, and without guidance.

That’s when Opção was born.
